Find out how flexible you are!
Flexi Score is a relatively easy flexibility test you can do by yourself. For this test, you will need a maximum of 10 minutes.
Follow the simple instructions. Watch for your body trying to cheat in some of the tests and correct it. Some questions will require you to test each side of the body. Start with the side you use most followed by the non dominant side.
There’s no need to get perfect scores on these tests – though if you do, that’s great. Instead, use the results to track improvements in flexibility over time.
