Flexi Score is a flexibility test you can do by yourself. And it is relatively easy. You only need a maximum of 10 minutes.
Follow the simple instructions. Watch for your body trying to cheat in some of the tests and correct it. Some questions will require you to test each side of the body. Start with the side you use most followed by the non dominant side.
